How We Price AI Automation Builds
There is no fixed price and no menu, because the work depends entirely on scope. We run a short paid discovery to define exactly what gets built, then give you a fixed quote for that project so there are no surprises. The numbers below are examples to set expectations, not a price list.
How it works
First a short paid discovery: we scope the workflow, the integrations, and what done looks like. Then a fixed quote for that exact build, with milestones. You pay for a defined outcome, not open-ended hours.
A scoped, fixed quote protects both sides. You know the cost before the work starts, and the scope is written down so nobody argues later about what was included. Open-ended hourly billing with no ceiling is where projects quietly double.
Example ranges (not a fixed price)
A small, scoped automation can start from a few hundred euro. A full production agent build typically starts around 10,000 EUR and runs a few weeks. These are examples that depend on scope, not fixed figures. Yours could be less or more once we see the actual workflow.
| Type of work | Example starting point* |
|---|---|
| Discovery / mini-scan | from a few hundred euro |
| Small scoped automation | from ~500 EUR |
| Full production agent build | typically from ~10,000 EUR, a few weeks |
*Examples only. Actual price depends on scope and is fixed in your quote after discovery.
What drives the number
Price tracks scope: how many steps and integrations, how critical the workflow is, how much reliability and security it needs, and how much of your data it touches. A simple internal automation is far cheaper than a customer-facing agent that has to be correct every time.
- Number of steps, integrations, and systems involved
- How critical it is (internal helper vs business-critical, customer-facing)
- Reliability and security required (error handling, evals, audit trails, access control)
- Volume and how often it runs
