How it works

First the scan, on us: we look at one process your people still do by hand and tell you what can be taken off them. Then, if you want the exact number, the 490 EUR diagnostic or a fixed quote on the build itself, with milestones. You pay for a defined outcome, not open-ended hours.

A scoped, fixed quote protects both sides. You know the cost before the work starts, and the scope is written down so nobody argues later about what was included. Open-ended hourly billing with no ceiling is where projects quietly double.

The published prices

The scan of your first process is 0 EUR. The full diagnostic is 490 EUR and is credited in full against a build started within 30 days. A fixed-price automation, one workflow end to end, costs 700 to 1,500 EUR. A production agent starts from 3,500 EUR, with large builds reaching 25,000 EUR.

What drives the number

Price tracks scope: how many steps and integrations, how critical the workflow is, how much reliability and security it needs, and how much of your data it touches. A simple internal automation is far cheaper than a customer-facing agent that has to be correct every time.
