- Cost of doing it by hand today, calculated per process on your own numbers
- Technical feasibility against the systems you already run
- Honest build-or-buy call, including when the answer is a spreadsheet and not an agent
- Prioritised 90-day roadmap plus a 2-page executive summary
- If nothing here is worth automating, we say so and you still keep the document
Fixed-Price Automation

- One process automated from start to finish, on your systems
- One integration into the tool you already use
- Error handling and alerts, so it fails loudly instead of silently
- Handover documentation and 30 days of tuning
- Fixed price agreed before we start, maximum 2 rounds of revisions
