What is a RAG chatbot for company documents
RAG means the AI model first searches your documents and only then writes the answer, from what it found. The answer comes from what your company knows and points to the document it was taken from.
How the assistant searches documents
The search works by keyword, for names, codes and exact terms, and by meaning, for questions worded differently from the document. In our system the two run at the same time.

- Before they decide, our agents search the company's notes, rules and decisions.
- The answer comes with its source next to it.
- One search goes through email, documents, Google Drive and the Jira tickets.
- A "we don't have that" only comes after the sources were asked, and the search reports which one did not respond, so an empty result is not taken as proof.

We build the same mechanism on your company's documents. Your team asks in their own words and gets the answer together with the document it comes from. When the information is not in the documents, the assistant says where it looked.

What is RAG?

On our agents, rules written in code check actions before they happen, and payments and contracts wait for a person's yes. If you want a separate check on your systems, we run AI security assessments.
