Published entry offers from AI automation agencies in Romania start around 300 EUR and reach 600 EUR, and some bundle a monthly subscription between 100 and 150 EUR. A first call at no cost is standard across all of them. The real difference is not the entry price, it is what happens afterwards.

Compare the setup fee and the subscription together
The entry price alone is misleading. Put the setup fee and the monthly plan on the same line, then work out the two-year cost. An offer at 495 EUR plus 135 EUR per month passes 3,700 EUR over two years, while a fixed price with no mandatory subscription stays where it was paid.
That does not make subscription pricing wrong. For a chatbot that needs hosting, monitoring and constant updates, a monthly fee is honest and reflects a real cost to the vendor. It only means the two models cannot be compared on the first number.
